Mr. Shahid Shamim, B.Sc. Engineering. Is a man of great vision and outstanding ability. Having spent 20 years in many multinational companies- both in India and abroad in which he achieved great distinction, Mr. Shamim decided to strike on his own. He established Mass Construction Company (MCC) in the year 2001 which took projects in building electrical power sub-station. Under his able leadership MCC evolved into Nibras Construction Private Limited (NCPL) which is now dedicated to not just electrical power sub-station works but also building residential and commercial complexes as well as giving Project Management Consultancy to many prestigious projects.
As a Managing Director of NCPL, Mr. Shamim has always led his company from the front. He commands respect not because of his position in the company but his leadership ability. Mr. Shamim has great organization skills which has helped him not only in managing his team but successfully evolving them in to a band of dedicated and committed staff. Being himself a meticulous worker, he demands the same from his staff. He believes in the maxim that if a work is worth doing it is worth doing well. Mr. Shamim has exceptional engineering skills and management insight. He amazes everybody with his understanding about project planning and management. A dedicated and committed man, Mr. Shamim shows great passion for delivering the best. Ever since the birth of NCPL, Mr. Shamim has played a pivotal role in company’s growth and success. He has chartered the company’s growth with enterprise and skill.
Mr. Shamim success lies in managing his team very efficiently. He shows great organization skills. Being its top man, it was up to him to take his company to as exalted position and book this challenge manfully and proved beyond doubt his undaunted spirit and unmatched leadership ability.
Under Mr. Shamim’s able leadership, the company has completed many big projects. His skills and ability for meticulous planning has been the cause of successful and timely completion of the projects. He strongly believes in completing all his projects in time while maintaining the strictest quality control norms. And for maintaining the highest standard in his works he has acquired state-of-the-art technology available in civil construction.
While working of multinationals, Mr. Shamim had fashioned for himself a very successful career in Civil Engineering. He has many distinguished achievements to his credit. He executed a number of multi storied residential, commercial and industrial projects. His passion and commitment for delivering the best never fail to earn laurels for him even now.
